    Grief is an overwhelming experience for the nervous system. It shatters the familiar and throws your body into a constant state of alert or deep shutdown. Sometimes you cannot simply fix the pain, you have to move through it.

    I cannot walk this path for you, but I will walk alongside you. We use gentle somatic practices to help you feel grounded when everything else feels uncertain. This is a compassionate space to process your loss at your own pace, building the capacity to hold the grief while slowly finding your way forward.
