    Day 1

Subject: You may not be overreacting

    Hi [First Name],

When life has been too much for too long, your body can start to protect you.

That might look like anxiety, irritability, exhaustion, numbness, poor sleep, feeling on edge, or simply not feeling like yourself.

This is not you overreacting. It is often a sign of a nervous system under pressure.

If you haven't yet, I invite you to read the guide or try the short calming practice included inside. It is a gentle first step.

    Warmly,
    Karen
    Day 3

Subject: Are you sitting in the gap?

    Hi [First Name],

Sometimes the hardest place to be is the space between knowing something needs to change and knowing what to do next.

You may be waiting for help, carrying too much, or not sure where to begin.

I want to remind you: you do not have to wait until things become unbearable before you start supporting yourself.

If you would like to talk it through, you are always welcome to book a free 15-minute wellbeing conversation. No pressure, no obligation.

    Day 5

Subject: One small reset for today

    Hi [First Name],

Small steps matter. The aim is not to fix everything at once. The aim is to help your body feel a little safer, one step at a time.

Today, I invite you to try one small reset:

    1. Place both feet on the floor.
    2. Look slowly around the room.
    3. Notice five things you can see.
    4. Exhale slightly longer than you inhale.

Then ask yourself: "What do I need right now?"

Try it, and notice what changes.

    Warmly,
    Karen
    Day 7

Subject: Would it help to talk this through?

    Hi [First Name],

If the guide has made you realise you are carrying more than you thought, you don't have to carry it alone.

You are welcome to book a free 15-minute wellbeing conversation.

This is simply a gentle first conversation to see what kind of support may be useful. You don't need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. Wherever you are is the right place to begin.
