Are you motivated to stop smoking?

If yes, you could stop smoking in as little as 1 session (no of sessions it takes to stop depends wholly on the motivation of the client to follow the guidance set out by the therapist)

If you are smoking 1 packet of cigarettes per day or less of a full-strength cigarette and you are highly motivated to stop smoking, this stop smoking programme is for you. 
The programme includes:

  • Preliminary Telephone Interview to understand your current smoking habits 

  • One session ‘Stop Smoking Programme now’ or ‘Prepare to Stop Smoking’ (max 2.5 hours)

  • Reinforcement Audio MP3 file

  • 3 – 7 day follow up

  • 3 week follow up

  • 8 week follow up

  • 12 week follow up
