What does Mindfulness do?
Mindfulness is a form of meditation that can help with symptoms of stress including worry and anxiety, low levels of energy, a restless and busy mind, depressed mood (not clinical depression), and difficulties concentrating etc.
What are the benefits?
Mindfulness meditation can improve brain function and immune function, it can help lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, lower anxiety levels and can enhance feelings of connectedness.
Through body awareness, mindfulness can also support Chakra health by developing an awareness of small imbalances in your mental state and body. Being aware of these imbalances will empower you to proactively take care of your personal wellbeing
