I offer Reiki healing sessions that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. With years of experience delivering remote healing sessions, I am dedicated to helping you achieve optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being

As an ancient Japanese healing technique, Reiki involves the transfer of energy from my hands to your body. It promotes deep relaxation and the release of stress, anxiety, and tension, supporting physical healing and emotional and spiritual growth.

Online Reiki sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions, and allow you to enjoy the benefits of Reiki from anywhere in the world. I use video conferencing software such as Zoom or Skype to connect with you, and guide you through the process of relaxing and receiving the healing energy.

During a typical online Reiki session, I will ask you to find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. We will then connect via video conference, and I'll guide you through a series of relaxation techniques to help you enter a state of deep relaxation. I will then begin to transfer healing energy to you, using visualization techniques and other methods to help you connect with the energy.
