An affirmation is a beginning point on the path to positive change. In essence, you’re saying to yourself: “I am taking responsibility. I can change for the better.” You can consciously choose words that will either help eliminate something harmful from your life or help create something new and positive.


Affirmations are the easiest and simplest technique to influence and affect your subconscious mind and persuade it to change your attitude towards life.
