Proven Science of the Heart:

Sending love and light using meditation increases positive energy

A study by Puran Bair, M.S. , has suggested that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. *1

In another study, Individuals trained in generating feelings of deep love and appreciation showed high coherence ratios in their ECG frequency spectra and all were able to intentionally cause a change in the conformation of the DNA suggesting correlations between ECG and EEG recordings from individuals in a loving state of consciousness

Conversely, thinking and feeling anger, fear, and frustration caused DNA to change shape according to thoughts and feelings. The DNA responded by tightening up and becoming shorter, switching off many DNA codes, which reduced quality expression. So when we feel shut down by negative emotions, our body feels this too. However, the negative shutdown or poor quality of the DNA codes could be reversed by feelings of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude!

The results of this study indicate that the heart's energy field can directly modulate basic cell functions (via a direct action on DNA). This energy transfer is distinctly different from the known electrical and chemical communication from the heart to the brain. The implications for such an energy transfer system within the body are as profound as those arising from psychoneuroimmunology, which only considers the link between the brain/mind and the immune system. Since heart energy can

also communicate with the brain, it is likely that heart energy can also modulate and direct mind/ body interactions.

The implications of this research suggest a novel mechanism for interpersonal, heart-felt communication between individuals which involves coherent heart energy.
