🕥 When? Every Monday, the session will commence at 10:30 AM, adhering to Gulf Standard Time (GST), providing a harmonious start to your week, no matter where you are joining us from.
Your link to register for the session is here. Once you have registered, you won't need to regster again for any other mindfulness sessions that you wnat to join,
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Please don't share the details. To maintain the privacy of the group, anyone that hasn't registered won't be permitted to join

We wholeheartedly encourage and welcome your suggestions for mindfulness themes or practices. Kindly share your insights by Friday PM for incorporation in the following Monday’s session.
